“As a result of my daughter (“L”) being involved in a serious car accident I was introduced to Clara Davies who assisted with L’s TAC claim. Clara’s ability to cope with L’s erratic behaviour and myself was without doubt remarkable. Although the TAC process is a long and complicated one Clara had the ability to sort through it and convey the information at L’s level. This was not an easy task due to the unpredictable behaviour of L but Clara always handled herself in a professional manner. When pursued by L up to 8 times a day Clara was both understanding and polite. She had gained L’s confidence and trust and I believe that this was because she was patient and had outstanding communication skills.
